The base material is 12mm birch wood board (Marine board), coated with brown resin, smooth on one lower side and non-slip on the upper side to prevent the van’s mattress from slipping.
Rounded and sealed edges in the boot area, and with adhesive felt in areas of contact with the bodywork.

The pieces already have the measure of the Courier, be it Transit Courier or Tourneo Courier.
Assembly and disassembly:
Assembling the bed is very easy and does not affect the chassis of your Ford van.
